How to place an order in OneHub

If you are new to OneHub or registering online for the first time, please select the 'Create an Account' option. Our team will review the request and will contact you for the next steps in the account creation process.

For returning online customers, you can sign in using the email address and password with which you registered. 


In case you cannot locate the email in your inbox, kindly check your junk/spam folder. If you are unable to find it in either folder, you can simply reset your password using the link below.

Important Information


  • Please note that our online prices do not include VAT and shipping charges. 
  • The default currency is set by your school administrator
  • The shipping address will be set by your school administrator
  • The orders placed on OneHub are considered requests for quotations and not final orders. The regional customer service team will then prepare a quotation, including the shipping charges.


Once you have added everything you need to your cart with the necessary order references, simply proceed with secure checkout.


If an order approval workflow is configured in your school account, the order will be submitted to the next approver in line. Upon final approval by the school administrator, you will receive an email notification confirming the receipt of the quotation request.


Our team will send a quotation to your school administrator, including shipping charges, for their approval. The order will be processed once we receive the official purchase order from the school.
