OneHub is a free-to-use e-procurement solution for schools. It functions similarly to any other e-commerce platform, allowing you to browse, select, and add items to your shopping cart.
It is equipped with an order approval feature. Registered users can submit their quotes for approval to either their line manager or the procurement department for processing. Email notifications are triggered upon the submission and approval of quotes.
